For simultaneous issued load policies not exceeding the amount of the Owner’s Policy: Total cost of title Insurance and Services of $375.00 (Premium $10.00 + Title Service Fee $365.00).  For policies over $1,000,000, or involving commercial transactions, please call our offices for a total estimated cost for title insurance.
