About Joel

I represent Coffelt Land Title throughout the Kansas City region, as an Escrow Closer, and as the growth leader of Business Development.

I began my career in real estate & housing in 2005, when I was a realtor on KC’s top team. Those experiences laid the groundwork for my client service being both personal & responsive. After 10years as a mortgage lender, I was excited to join Coffelt Land Title in this current role. Building the client relationship and being an integral part of your final steps to house-buying is very important to me. My vast experiences in this industry allow me to fully support both Lenders and Realtors in completion of your home selling and buying process. My focus on client care, government regulation, and compliance, protects your best interests as well.

I have lived in the KC Metro area since 1995, currently living in Louisburg, KS. A husband to Kelli, & father to two boys, I like to spend free time with my family. I am also a youth soccer & basketball coach. My community involvement includes a 2nd year stint as President of the Louisburg Chamber of Commerce. I have been on the Chamber Board for 7+ years. I am also a K-State grad & an Army Veteran. Warrior’s Ascent and KCPD Care Team are local-area charities near to my heart.
